My appointment was made about six months ago, a time selected by dr. Leng himself. Went to his office about 0:45 hrs early for my 3:45pm appointment He'd never give me the courtesy of dropping in while his nurses were frantically trying to remind him that he has another patient in his office waiting. At close to 5:00pm, he came out of his his office telling them that he is going home for dinner, totally ignore the fact that I was still there waiting, sedated and eyes were dilated;
