Dr. Clark is the best chiropractor that I've ever encountered. I was in a car accident as a teenager, and from time to time my neck or back goes out so that I can barely move. Dr. Clark is able to fix it. He also was able to help me with tendinitis when no one else could do anything; he is also equipped for doing some physical therapy. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I will absolutely return to Ted Clark, D.C.. I had an amazing experience. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. One thing I love about Ted Clark, D.C., is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail.
