I never actually made it into the office to see the Dr the staff was so RUDE on the phone. If they treat you that way on the phone who would actually want to be treated that way in person. I would never recommend this eye Dr to anyone. Their never open took two weeks for someone to return my call then the old lady was RUDE.
Rude! I didn't even get to an appointment. The staff don't seem to understand that giving out your Social Security number is a RISK. They asked for this TWICE on the phone to look up the insurance account. There are other ways to do this. I have never once had to give my SS# at a Big Box eye care store. I tried to give my business to a small individual proprietor, but it just didn't work out. Their loss!
