I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Health Alliance. As a patient, I expect my concerns to be heard, taken seriously, and addressed with professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case during my visit. The physician did not appear to genuinely listen to my concerns and made me feel as though I was overreacting about the symptoms I was experiencing. Friendly and welcoming staff makes visit easy. They get you in and out for appointment. Dr. Catranis listens to his patients and cares.
Dr. Catranis is a very patient and caring doctor, I get anxiety when it's time for my annual appointments but he shows that he cares and is a very good doctor, I highly recommend him.
