My son has been treated in the clinic for several years. The clinic administrative functions are terrible! They always demanded prepayments before any treatment or test but they were not helpful in the process of submitting the appropriate receipts and documents required by my dental insurance. They do not answer phone calls, or eave phone messages and emails. It took weeks to finally get documents and this was only after I contacted the dentist who directs the clinic several times.
Gee, where do I start? I've heard good things about UCLA Dentistry School from a good trusting friend. He used them 10 years ago. March 7, 2023, was my appointment and I was helped by Vannesa and other men in the finance office. I was approved after reading and filling up tons of pages of agreements. I signed it. This irresponsible, negligent Dr. should have her license revoked. As a result of me having a bout of severe depression due to a painful breakup with my then-fiance, she put me on an anti-psychotic cocktail of zyprexa and geodon, when it was NOT the indicated/appropriate drug, and increased my prozac dose from 20 g to 80 g in 2015.
