It is unfortunate that I can't get in until the middle of May (today is March 19). I explained to Victoria who took my call that I have cracked my lens. The cancelation list is over 60 patients long. I can't wait until May as I can't see with a cracked lens. I have been a patient at Theobalds for 10 years. It's unfortunate Theobald's doesn't seem to care. I am forced to seek other eye care clinic options.
