Good opticians, I had the younger doc and she was very smart but maybe a little too speedy and efficient. I know thats needed but sometimes a doc who takes their time to listen and talk is better but I know most people want to be in and out. Nevertheless, they are a great family eye clinic and I'll likely return.
It is unfortunate that I can't get in until the middle of May (today is March 19). I explained to Victoria who took my call that I have cracked my lens. The cancelation list is over 60 patients long. I can't wait until May as I can't see with a cracked lens. I have been a patient at Theobalds for 10 years. It's unfortunate Theobald's doesn't seem to care. I am forced to seek other eye care clinic options.
Actually some of the best super professional yet cool thurough service I've had. Yeah. Appreciated.
