I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Pacific Pediatrics is the best place to take your children. Dr. Themelis, and his entire staff, are very caring, and make both parent, and child, feel comfortable, and secure that they will be well cared for. Dr. Themelis has a wonderful sense of humor! They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat
