RecommendedThelin Center is an fantastic place to live. Management is always extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great. Close to the interstate, GreatLife and the University Center. The interior is clean and has excellent finishes. The exterior is always well kept and maintained. Could not ask for a better home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome place to live at a fair price.
No hot water ever, after 2 mins of water running its freezing. No room for a kitchen table. Overpriced with no pool, no gym, no nothing. Nothing extra.

Management (Donya) and staff are amazing, the area is beautiful and the apartments are just gorgeous! My husband and I can't wait to move in to our new home in March!!!! :-)
