Staff is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I myself work In the medical field (speciality as well)and I’ve never crossed an office with people who seem as if they’re being forced to work! Haven't even been seen and already have zero confidence in this place due to the office staff and receptionist...EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING, RUDE AND ARROGANT. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS OFFICE. My referral was sent in July, they keep saying all they got was a cover letter but MY DOCTORS OFFICE DOESN'T SEND COVER LETTERS! BULLSH*T STAFF!

I should have posted this immediately after vowing I’d never step in that office again. Late, appoints never started near time. Often over an hour late. Rx refills not processed. She fired Dr. Thelans staff and had a family member who’s sole focus was billing, not patient care. Dr. Thelen was my first (and only rheumatologist after meeting her) and his rating would be off the chart. Stay away!

Dr. Chahal, Absolutely unprofessional... Always late and making up bs excuses. We have had multiple problems with her. I'm a caregiver for my mother. I always feel rushed, we can never seem to get a direct answer when asking a question. We've had prescription issues and major communication problems. She has now created problems within our family. I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire. I wish everyone else good luck finding a solution for your problems. Peace!
