The Key is well deserving of its 5 star reviews. While still early into this process and likely brief, The Key was essential in helping me make arrangements for my father. Their on call weekend team was prompt, compassionate and responsive. Sheri and Maria were able to have someone in the home within just a few hours of signing the paperwork. I had The Key for round the clock care for three months. It was worth every penny. The caretakers are exceptional. The primary office and staff kept me well informed calling and /or emailing me. The Key is a five star company.

TheKey may be a large company but the team in Glastonbury, CT is close by with a welcoming team and local feel. I cannot say enough about my loved one’s care team from the caregiver to the office staff! TheKey has a special approach to Home-care our only regret was not calling them sooner! I’d highly recommend TheKey to anyone in need of care!
