TheKey was nothing but amazing. Flexible scheduling, 24/7 on-call managers. Case managers were wonderful. Huge shoutout to Kristen!! Would highly recommend.

The caregivers were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed having them in my home and they were there to help in whatever way that was needed. Each helper was unique in their own way and I loved getting to know them. I would totally recommend The Key to friends and family.

The Key is amazing. They do a great job of getting to know the caregivers and clients personalities and needs, and then being able to match them up together perfectly. I have noticed such a difference in many lives because of The Key and how they arrange for clients needs to be met. I recommend The Key to so many people weekly!!

As my mom’s declining health was approaching to much for me to handle on my own, I reached out to the Key. After an extensive interview with Julie Day @ the key, on the phone and an in home visit. We put into place a care package and plan. She swiftly went to work on finding the best caregivers for mom’s needs. She is always available to answer any questions or concerns regarding mom’s care. I cannot say enough about The Key, both staff and caregivers have become our extended family.
