Dr. Theisz is skilled, attentive and thorough. A real throwback to compassionate medicine.
I have been going to this doctor for years. I appreciate the level of care I receive. The doctor is always familiar with my existing conditions and treatments -- and keeps up on best treatment options for those conditions. The front desk and back office staff have always been helpful.
I retired from The United States Marine Corps, married and found Dr. Theisz throgh my health insurance over 10 years ago. He is the primary care physician for myself, my wife and our son. Professional, knowledgeable and excellent rapport with him and his entire staff. Always available for last minute “drop ins.” I was admitted for kidney stones to hospital for surgery and Doctor came by every evening after closing his practice to check on my care and family. Phenomenal doctor and Staff!
I have been coming to Dr. Theisz for several years, and always find him professional and knowledgable. I feel like he has been able to treat our family when we are sick or injured, and is careful to recommend specialists when needed. I also have found their office staff (Lisa, Tomasina, Sarah) to be exceptional, with quick call backs if needed. I have never had to wait to see Dr. Theisz, and would recommend him to anyone.
He is ALWAYS LATE AND IN A RUSH. he does not respect his patients time.
Would not recommend. This practice processed repeated procedures without obtaining insurance preauthorization, which left me with repeated bills upwards of $500. When challenged on the third time, I was told that doctors are not responsible for obtaining preauthorization for tests, patients are. OK then. I rest my case on being upset and have not returned since. I have never experienced this in any other practice in my entire life.
Dr Theisz is an awesome doctor. Started seeing him when my family doctor of 1( years passed away in October of this year. Have just recently seen him for stress related issues. He is such a kind, caring and compassionate physician. He really listens to you and takes the time needed to address the issues. Very knowledgeable and offered great solutions. Never felt rushed like you do with some doctors. Will definitely recommend all family and friends.
I am grateful to find such an experienced physician when our family moved to VA. Met Dr. Theisz at Falls Church Day, my lucky day. His staff is outstanding, follow through in you care and will always go beyond - Dr. Theisz practice is the whole package - I can't thank them enough. Mrs. V
