Terrible experience! The nail technician hurt my nail so badly that it started bleeding (see photo). I told her not to continue because when the skin is cut, you should never apply any chemicals. But she still asked me to pay even though she didn’t finish the service. Very unprofessional and careless. I’ll never go back and don’t recommend this salon to anyone.
Two ladies work at this salon but I have only had appointments with "Anna" so I can't comment on the other lady. Anna does great manicures and pedicures and although I don't get waxing here another customer told me she's excellent and gentle. Anna is meticulous and hygienic. My husband and I have been going to Anna for 15 years because of her customer service, her pricing and the work she does. She's also very kind, when my husband was laid up with illness and couldn't get to her she came to us.
SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME & MONEY!! DO NOT COME HERE!! I was treated VERY, POORLY throughout my visit, to say the least. Any time I tried to give feedback or ask questions, I was BRUSHED OFF or IGNORED. **Liz** RIPPED UP every cuticle on every nail with ZERO concern with her machine; to the point they were ALL BLEEDING. She DID NOT sanitize the equipment between clients. I told her the Massage Chair is not working and she said I didn't know how to use it...lady...it doesn't work. They managed to squeeze me in the day I called, did a beautiful job on my powder dip nails.
