Fraudulent and unethical business practices! We went for a preventative care visit and had no problems to diagnose going into the office. We met the doctor and thought it was just a regular check up to make sure nothing was wrong. Turns out, nothing was wrong, perfectly healthy... so we got a bill in the mail and we got billed for an office visit vs a preventative care visit. Can never get through to therapy pretty sad when you want to make an appointment to come there
The staff is top-notch. The facility works. The cafeteria (if you want to call it that) is the worst I've ever seen. The food at a gas station is better than the gruel they serve here. How in the world a hospital as renowned as this one has a food service like this, is appalling. Vending machines would be better. I don't know if management has visited lately or ever, but this should be one of your priorities in fixing this. Money hungry
Hated my hip surgery after my discharge. Do not seek doctor NaTasha or Sergent collins because NaTasha took the tape off kinda hard and a drop of blood felt as if it was gushing out of my stitches which were pulling but I’ve been in quadricep pain by my knee after my surgery and discharge was done but the crack was not in the side of it. Instead, the fracture was above that directly on the joint.
