Had a Dr. name Brandon something… never had him before. Was trying to take out my Nexplanon birth control. Semi professional during the process of it. Made very to little no eye contact, did not talk me through the process to let me know what was going to happen next when trying to take out the birth control, the last step, did minimal cleaning to the open, wound came home to still having stains by the area, & barely had medical tape (1 extremely small skinny strand). Insaaaannneeee cost. I have traditional PPO health insurance and the simplest visits net me $100s of dollars. Nuuuuttsssss. Don't go unless you think you're dying.
My regular doctor wasn’t available on the day I was getting my yearly check up so they put me with a doctor that wasn’t covered under my insurance, and then say I’m responsible for paying because I didn’t call to make sure that doctor was covered - to me, that should be on the scheduling team to check that before they schedule me, and make me aware that the doctor they selected is not in network. I was not notified of that, and now I’m stuck with the bill. They do not take accountability for anything here.
I have been having issues getting my prescriptions refilled. They cannot be refilled until the day before and the pharmacy sends out a reminder to them and it takes them sometimes almost a week to give the ok to refill it. Meanwhile I am out of medication for that time because I cannot request the refill until the day before I am out. You cannot talk to a person about this, only leave a message on the machine. I just started seeing Dr Beckett and was very sick. He is very knowledgeable and was very active in getting me better. He listened to me, was very thorough, and caring all in one. I have already recommended him to others as well. So glad to have him as my doctor! Thank You!
