It's always a pleasure, while visiting Dr. Thebaud's office. Kim and Monique are always finding appointment times, to suit my schedule. Only a few minutes of wait time after checking in. Both ladies are very welcoming, and pleasent to talk to. Dr. Romaine and Jessica, along with Dr. Thebaud are very professional. I've been visiting for years. Highly recommend, anyone in need. Dr. Thebaud is such a great physician instaff is so amazing! Everytime I visit the office too many things are great at providing wonderful customer service and making me feel special as soon as I come to the door. Chris Sarah and Megan they also make sure that my experience here is a great experience and I'm so please with how they treat me as a research patient. I I highly recommend this doctor and his staff to treat any of my friend's & family!!
I was skeptical about starting in a research study, but Sarah, Chris and Megan always make me feel comfortable and are always there to answer my questions. Love you guys!
Dr. T is the best. Very patient and really listens. The staff are amazing. Chris, Sarah, and Tameka are awesome. It's always such a positive environment and we laugh a lot. Definitely recommend for research.
My experience from the first visit has been an excellent one.Friendly staff Sarah, Chris, Tamika and the people that covered for DR.T while he was away.I highly recommend the services of the entire office especially the research project. DR.Jessica H. has also been a great help during my visits.
This office is all about the $I was a previous patient and I went back to them for help as I now get my psychiatric services from an agency and found solace with a dog.....attempted to get help from this office to get a emotional support dog designation from him and they only care about the money.....although my mental health struggles are well documented they want to draw out 5 or six visits with a co-pay I can not afford and then charge the ridiculous fee for paper work. No money, no help
They have a nurse practitioner named Jessica who an idiot and unprofessional she in fact called me a lier to my face and then sent me a letter that i should go elsewhere Very compassionate NOT
