The product is good but the way they handle promotion return is very bad. I ordered a few items during Cyber Monday promotion. All the product I brought the UPC code was marked with a black marker. I emailed their customer service because I concerned about the quality of the product. Normally, I found UPC code marked in OUTLET. Their responded is this is the way they prevented return.
