I had some problem with my eyeshadow palette and contacted theBalm asking what I could do to fix it. And instead of ignoring my message, they actually were extremely nice, apologized, and sent me a new palette and I received it in two weeks, even though they're in the US and I'm in Southeast Asia! They were (and still are) my favorite go-to eyeshadow brand. Planning on getting more items from their line now �
Super � the Matte Hughes Liquid lipstick in Dedicated. Can't wait to purchase other shades. I love the scent too�
Their makeups are nicely pigmented and I never got any allergy so ill give it 5!!
