I’ve lived here a little over 2 years. Only leaving because my partner is getting a job out of state. It’s been wonderful! The walls are thick and I can never hear neighbors. We haven’t had any maintenance issues in our apartment, but anything I’ve discussed with the office has been followed up on promptly. I wish you got more than 1 parking spot with each 1 bedroom apartment, but my partner was able to purchase another spot separately and it’s all worked out just fine. So new resident here and been here for two months. Roxanne was wonderful since day 1 moving! Any issues I've had were quickly resolved or acknowledged by staff. Yes the place is pricey. However, my previous apartments I had issues or headaches. At Thea's landing, I'm able to come home drama free
My partner and I lived here for 1.5 years and had nothing but the best experience. Management was so incredibly helpful, quick with their communication/resposnive, always friendly and flexible! Towards the end, we had some complicated changes come up and management was totally understanding and willing to work through everything with us. Also, love the location/amenities! Great place for a family and animals.

If you’re a business owner, don’t waste your time dealing with these people I dealt with one idiot after another, they don’t understand C Corporations or bank statements summaries. They don’t listen nor don’t they want to understand how C corps work. Theas leasing and management “get educated” before talking nonsense.
