My partner and I lived here for 1.5 years and had nothing but the best experience. Management was so incredibly helpful, quick with their communication/resposnive, always friendly and flexible! Towards the end, we had some complicated changes come up and management was totally understanding and willing to work through everything with us. Also, love the location/amenities! Great place for a family and animals.

I have been lucky enough to be a resident of Theas Landing for the past seven years, and I couldn't be happier with my living experience here. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The building is well-maintained, with clean and modern amenities that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. If you’re a business owner, don’t waste your time dealing with these people I dealt with one idiot after another, they don’t understand C Corporations or bank statements summaries. They don’t listen nor don’t they want to understand how C corps work. Theas leasing and management “get educated” before talking nonsense.

Lived here for 4+ years. The trains are annoying, yes, but the staff more than makes up for it. Any maintenance issue we had was fixed in less than 24 hours, and the front office folks always knew our names and made time to chat with us. The dogs are also a huge plus - so many amazing furry friends in this building. The walls are rock solid, you can’t hear the neighbors at all, but the neighbors are friendly and many are long-time residents. Moving away for work made me realize how good we had it here! Miss you guys :)

I have stayed here as a guest with friends. There is a lounge downstairs that works as a mobile office. That is, until a Karen who works here tried calling the police on me without asking any questions. I was just working on my laptop. Message received, guests are unwelcome.
