I bought a Groupon and was very excited to try them out based on previous reviews. Unfortunately, I was unable to book an appointment. I tried to contact them for 2 weeks with no response. I called multiple times leaving voicemails. I tried the number on the Facebook page as well as the number listed on the Groupon (which was out of service). NASTY STANK ATTITUDES!!!. The ex stripper with the purple hair will try and make you feel small about using a Groupon. I was told that they didn't make any money off Groupon and I couldn't make a appt on weekends. How unprofessional to tell a customer that. Very rude and shady. Just left without service. Bought a Groupon because this is five minutes from my house. Made an appointment earlier in the week. Showed up and was told I'm not allowed to make an appointment online because I had a Groupon. Double checked my Groupon before I left. Nowhere does it say this. Danielle was extremely short and cold in explaining. Didn't know purchasing a Groupon made you less than worthy of good service. I even put in the comments I had a Groupon when booking. A phone call would have been nice.
Beautiful, quaint salon, full salon menu and wonderful staff!! Highly recommended!
