Theo Mamlapaz is an empathetic, experienced and patient doctor. For example, on my last appointment, MTA mobility was so very late that I decided to call to see if the clinic would stll accept me. I was told to come in but appon arrival, it seemed a different person told me she was with a patient so I would not be seen. I begged and she then said I could wait untill they could speak to her.
