RecommendedGreat all the way around. Clean. Great staff through and through. Great equipment. Feels like home. Won’t go anywhere else as long as they are open. John, Ingrid and their team know how to take care of their clients. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I switched from a larger gym to the ZOO and never looked back. The classes are awesome, there's never a wait for a machine and the open hours work with any schedule. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
I was a member of the zoo for a year and enjoyed my time but I moved out of the area, cancelled my membership and than all of a sudden months after cancelling I began receiving charges from them again. I called to tell them I had cancelled anticipating a refund for the random additional months and they refused to do so. I am very disappointed in upper management.
My husband and I started going to The Zoo after hearing great things about it from friends in the area. They were right and we were not disappointed! The instructors are amazing and teach a variety of professional yet fun classes throughout the week. They are the highlights of my morning! I highly recommend this gym and can’t wait until it opens back up (closed due to COVID-19)!
Despite the name that put me off for a year, this is a great place even for seniors! Lots of variety of equipment, and not crowded. Personnel very helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t do group classes, but they offer an abundance. The gym is very clean with nice facilities, towels and disinfectant. Now that I’m addicted, I hope they don’t have to stay closed long (due to coronavirus).
