Returned to the Zen Den for arm and shoulder related pain. As someone who is regularly active, it was rejuvenating to have a physical and mental full body relief. She is attentive to needs, moves at a calming pace, and has active check-ins throughout the session. Ceimone provides a welcoming environment to be yourself and process life related stressors that have affected body-related pain. After, there was noticeable relief from arm and shoulder pain! I will be returning for routine massages in the future
