This complex does not provide enough parking to residents. I live in a house behind and there are constantly Zeke residents or guests parking in front of my house. This makes parking very difficult for myself, my family, my neighbors and my guests and they also get in the way of trash pickup.
The maintenance people are so rude u feel harrassed because they go "fix ur Apartment", and they start touching their private parts while talking to u, they are lazy, theres trash everywhere, and isnot even safe to walk alone because u get assault or jump by delinquents that reside in the same Apartments they dont like gay people , homophobics😡, they need some security at this place , the apartment when u first get it u can tell the type of work they do at Painting and remodeling ,they don't really fix nothing.
