I normally do not leave reviews, but after finally resolving an issue that went on for nearly a year, I feel obligated to share my experience. I originally went to Zaibak Center for Dentistry for a filling. During the procedure, I repeatedly mentioned to Dr. Mo that I did not feel fully numb, and the overall experience left me uncomfortable, and the while the dentist was drilling, im signalling that i can feel it, a little pain, and i was only met with a "Just relax, you have to relax". From the moment I walked into Zaibak Center for Dentistry, I had a feeling I came to the right place. The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the staff is very friendly, and everything is exceptionally clean and well organized. During my evaluation I noticed that all dental instruments were neatly arranged and covered with protective barriers, which clearly shows proper sterilization procedures. Dr. Zaibak and his staff are super cool, polite, knowledgeable, professional and great at what they do! My son and I go regularly for cleanings and the office is very clean with nice up to date equipment.. Highly recommended
