Stay away. You will be pretty much stuck until all the traffic on Gratiot has cleared following a major event. We're talking hours.
Terrible. Took 2+ hours to leave the garage after a concert due to the gate system being down. Traffic didn’t move at all for over an hour. Also got hit by another car that was trying to reverse out of desperation. Never parking here again.
Metropolis payment app is the most annoying service ever.

The cost varies if there’s an event, certain hour of the day, but it all seems pretty reasonable. Good garage to park and check out the street filled with restaurants, hotels, and brands. (shopping)
