Worst experience of my life. Three weeks ago I went to this establishment to send in a salvage title application, needed the original title and police report. The woman who “helped” me neglected to put the police report in the application. I waited three weeks for this news and was then told to come back and hand in the police report (again). I was told that it could not be expedited (even though they messed up) and was rude to me, not even trying to help me or apologize for their error. Now I have to wait another three week... read more
Honestly the best experience I’ve had anywhere. I must say everyone here is kind and wants to help you! Special mention of an employee named Starr! She was informative in what to expect with the process I needed done from license transfer to vehicle registration. She wrote down where to go, what to bring and how much everything should cost, and literally had it written for me as a step by step process.
