A huge thank you to the Royal Sonesta for making our recent stay so special! The room was beautiful, spacious and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Most of all, the Concierge was wonderful, kind and responsive, many thanks!
My Partner just tried to get a room there because the place where she planned to star was unbearable. The said: They only had the most costly room available, that she need to pay a deposit and that they didn't take cash from walk-ins. Miraculously the card she had just used didn't work and they didn't do anything to help her and left her helpless on another continent in the middle of the night.
