Terrible processes, law quality furniture, not well educated stuff
The stay was ok, the carpet is damp. My main complaint is the restaurant. We have included breakfast in our booking and the experience at the breakfast is extremely awful. We waited awhile to be seated, around 15 minutes to even get a server to come to get our order, and now it has been 30 minutes and we still haven’t gotten our food. The server is very dismissing, would not let me finish my sentence and brought the wrong amount of jams we asked for, and the difficulty of calling a server over is like hell. Great hotel. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. In the heart of downtown. Parking was not included in stay would be the only downside
