Such good service. The staff here were very helpful. It's been a while since I stayed at a hotel where everything was just right... Furnished well, functional for work, lots of facilities and everything clean and working. Obviously have a great team here who take good care of the facilities.
I booked a hotel through the American Express Fine Hotels travel website. I booked it and put my name and my friend on the booking. The room was prepaid, using my travel credit through Amex Platinum My friend checked in before I did, and they denied her access to the room They didn't call me. They didn't verify the listing.
