Very pleasant staff willing to accommodate. Manager is excellent. However, no one to assist with my bags (mobility issues) No one to help with my car or luggage, car Parking not easily found (Im a stranger to York PA) room service was not functioning, either too cold or too hot in the room.
Lovely, large corner room. We were there 3 full days/nights. Housekeeping came once... took the wet towels/washcloths...left 1 washcloth for the 2 of us. Bed was left unmade. Coffee station not refilled.
Truly a boutique hotel, lovely restoration to every inch and the result is beautiful! The rooftop view is awesome, the food is good and the location is walkable to restaurants, historic sites, bars and the Appell Center with so many shows, movies, comedians and concerts.
The Hotel Staff is amazing! From the front desk to housekeeping. I really enjoyed how friendly everyone was. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in York!
