I've never been to this particular yoga studio, but my review is for Sarah Dowling, a teacher there. She has been the single most influential yoga teacher in my life and has helped me connect to my body from the inside out in ways I never thought I could have. Intelligent and extremely knowledgeable in the way the body moves and works, you will find that Sarah will take the time to explain (in detail) where your body needs to be.
My fav yoga studio in Flag and has been for many years. Excellent teachers, excellent classes, great vibe! Practiced here before my son was born, while I was pregnant, and after becoming a Mom. Highly recommend!
I've been an off and on yogi here for the past 16 years. As a former athlete and current desk jockey this studio has always proven to be a welcoming environment. The diversity of class offerings, the fabulous teachers, the lovely studio space, and the wonderful community of new and returning students make this a very special place to practice.
I have a few different yoga studios I visit while traveling and this one is a can't miss studio. The teachers are always outstanding, thoughtful, and create a warm and welcoming environment to practice in.
This is my yoga kula. Many of us know each other in and out of yoga class. We embrace the new arrivals too.
