I love TYE - the place and the people
I have had several instructors at the yoga experience and they are all wonderful! I want to mention specifically the prenatal yoga class. I went through out most of my pregnancy and I feel I had an easier recovery time postpartum because of it.
I have been a student at The Yoga Experience for over seven years. When I travel I try to go to a yoga class whenever I can. I’ve been lucky enough to take a class in Manhattan…Venice Beach…Joshua Tree and Sedona. What I’ve noticed (and come to rely on) is that I have been taught the proper fundamentals to hold my own in any class anywhere. And just as importantly my teachers at TYE have instilled in me the confidence to skillfully move through any modifications I might deem appropriate. Namaste!!!
