Great for Kids While the Yellow Balloon may be the best place for kids, they also can do adults, too! They have excellent prices, and are a fun place to go! There's excellent shopping also in the area for the adults while waiting for the family! Not the best as far as style, but definitely a neat place to go, and the cuts are okay too! PROS: Awesome for "fearful" kids! CONS: Could use some style techniques!
