Manager is mean to people with disabilities. They won't even fix the outdoor elevator so handicapped people that struggle with using stairs can get upbto the walking bridge to connect with needed transit and other services. Some buildings have mildew in them and several buildings have several different types of roaches. The Manager refused to treat my apartment and I had to call the housing authority to get them to come out so they would begin trating my apartment.
