Too busy for my family very crowded

Employees are super rude
The line was long but it was a busy Friday night and it moved fairly fast. The staff were kind and the shakes were very tasty!
Terrible service. We used the QR to look at the menu and not create a line. Went to the counter to order and the employee said she would be back. She was just chatting with another employee about other customers. After waiting and her not coming back we left and went to the next shop. Not to mention there were 4 other people behind the counter. There was no line and they were not helping anyone either.
