Sad, but NOT surprised to read all the comments about this business. The consensus is they lack professionalism, plain and simple. I will NEVER patronize this business again. I loved the body wrap sessions and the other employees seemed very sincere...until they receive guidance from the owner, who's cocky disposition has put her in another category for me. Found on groupon, purchased 3 body wraps, called to schedule appointment as per the instructions, I called several times, answering machine says location is closed, then I called again and someone answer but then hung up, and they failed to answer 4 more times when I called back (all in the same hour of the same day). I had to call groupon to get a full refund...

I loved my lashes but the owner is a complete con artist. I purchased a corset for $90 back in March and never received it. I got excuse after excuse after excuse from Shannon the owner. Others have complained about this also.

Unfortunately, I purchased a Groupon for the Xtreme Beauty Infared Body Wrap this spring. It was such a good deal that I purchased the 5 wraps for $80. It appears the deal was too good to be true. I attempted numerous times via the on-line appointment website and via phone calls to the salon to arrange an appointment for the Infared Body Wrap I purchased several months ago.
