I arrived within the dedicated timeline to receive my deposit on a property back as the construction timeline was not made aware to me on said property when I made the deposit. I sat at the office from morning till night with no response, the most horrible customer service from a large lady at front desk. A child would have given better customer service. Deposit was never returned. I was ignored. This is how youth trying to make something of themselves is treated by this company. Shameful. Absolutely a disgrace to Toronto.
