Our Realtor Kimiah from the Wyer Group out of Long Beach, CA was amazing from start to finish. She hung in there and went the extra mile when it came to evicting a deadbeat tenant so the place could get sold. This took over 6 months but the bottom line, she helped get it done and never gave up. Great Job Kimiah. One of the best realtors I've ever dealt with.
