Despite multiple follow-ups, there was a consistent failure to communicate clearly. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they had their VA reach out in an attempt to smooth things over. Not once was there an apology or acknowledgment of the lack of communication or failure to deliver services...until a refund was requested. At that point, they attempted to shift the blame onto me as the client. I would never consider hiring them again.
Was not on time for my telephone meeting and passed me around to various paralegals in the office. Unprofessional at best. Responding to your previous message. The consultation was supposed to be with Maria, HOWEVER she was unavailable and I was passed around and finally landed with a MALE paralegal. I don't remember the name. Feel free to give me a call if you would like me to go more into detail about the consultation.
