This place is a money making machine. Be careful. I have visited the office for an annual exam in 2016 which was covered by my health insurance (Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO) but I have been getting letters for a past-due payment of $88.36. Over the past two years, there were issues with billing to the insurance company which I thought was straighten out. My visit and an in office "tests" amounted to $1,368!
