Would not give us upgrades to are nerf guns and don’t recommend it for a party
Awesome place for team or birthday party! Smash room was a hit and glow in the dark nerf guns was awesome! Kids left with huge smiles! Will definitely go back! Accommodating and great with kids!
I don't make many reviews but I thought this was important to say. I didn't have any issue booking, but a little finding the south location near the 417, and an issue with anyone showing up. I was there 10 minutes early and stayed there an hour after, double checked my deposited went through and had the correct time, even the chuck wagon that is parked right beside said it was weird that they weren't there. I made a reservation and couldn’t get a confirmation. Business appears to be closed.
Unresponsive and unprofessional. Tried several times to book a birthday party. They called once and left a voicemail. I tried calling back several times and it went straight to voicemail. I left messages - no call-back. I tried the online form twice more. Still nothing. My son is extremely disappointed and we had to scramble for a plan B. If they don't offer online booking they should be more diligent is responding to people who are trying to give them their business. I'll spend my $350 elsewhere. They wasted my time.
