Having a wound is stressful and knowing that the incredible team at Atrium Health Union has my best health in mind is so comforting. The kind and helpful receptionist Heather, the two warm, dedicated, caring and professional nurses Chasity and Ashley, and Dr. Brad Bissell who has a perfect bedside manner, is concerned about his patients, is expertly skilled and very understanding - having a to see a wound care specialist weekly is much easier and I am grateful to have such an excellent health care team looking after me!!
I have been going to the wound clinic for treatment off an on for over 10 years. I have never encountered anything but helpful, smiling staff. They all share a comradery with each other and patients that sets everyone at ease. The nursing staff is always helpful, Dr Bower is personable and (and funny!). I hate to HAVE to go, but I am always treated with respect and patience when I do go!
