Stephanie, Tara and the team helped us in a pinch. Our flight was canceled and in need of a room quickly. There was only one room left and it was in a construction zone. Stephanie explained the situation and gave us a discount on the room. The team were all very accommodating and welcoming. The room was cozy and comfortable. The charm and history of The Wort made our trip to Jackson! We will be back, and I would recommend the hotel. Thank you.
If you are in JH downtown this is the place. Walk anywhere. Great service. Quiet rooms. Free parking with an automatic gate. The restaurant and bar are forgettable, but all else is great.
I am so thankful that you guys committed to your bathroom overhaul project! By chance I was assigned one of the completed rooms, and the bathroom turned out great! Best part…. you guessed it… the newly added heat in the shower portion of the bathroom!! Significantly better than the heat-lamp EZ Bake light that was previously there. The staff at The Wort was so impressive. So sweet and accommodating! The hotel is so central and has the cutest western vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!
