Such a great hotel, outstanding service, unique history. The style fits the town and it's history. It's the perfect location from shops, coffee, restaurants. I've thoroughly enjoyed it every time I've stayed here.
Opened in 1941. The lobby is majestic. If you go up the stairs - you'll see superbly carved wooden doors. There is the Silver Dollar bar and grill inside which is famous for its bar too and dining tables inlaid with Morgan silver dollars, live music and excellent cuisine.
We took family there as a treat while they were visiting. Most of the food was overcooked and disappointing.
