The have great product, however I find the owner to be unfriendly with poor customer service. My friend and I purchased the same item at an event they were at. Items were the same price, hers is fine, mine is irregular. I didn't notice the irregularity until I got home (my fault), I stopped in to ask them about it and when the owner called me back about it, I was told that was why they were listed at that price - if I want a regular one they can order for triple the price, end of story. I LOVE The Workroom! GREAT, FRESH design ideas and cool finds that make it fun to stop in at least a few times a month. It's one of my "go to" stops for gifts and quality things for my own home.
