I really enjoy the small class sizes and personal attention you receive from each trainer! The staff is amazing and make you feel comfortable!!!
This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. The staff is amazing and I can always get a solid workout in with out waiting on equipment. No ego here either like at other gyms.
I love the variety of classes and options offered. I love the the Les Mills classes, and the group training (large and small group options). I also enjoy Pilates Reformer. The facility is clean and the people and staff are friendly and helpful. Love how the instructors give options for all abilities
The staff is amazing and I love how close it is to my house.
