My sons needed help cutting, sanding, and drilling their pinewood derby cars for Cub Scouts. Thank you to Amy & Ralph for your thoughtful and kind help with the band saw, sanding machines and precision drill. I am not sure what we would have done without you all!
Had an awesome time last night at the Scroll Saw 101 class. David was a great teacher. Lots of hands on and working with the equipment. Many practice cuts and small projects along the way. For my final project, I created a cheese board! Absolutely had a blast.
Opening up the workshop for the public to come create handmade ,personally inscribed pens for our veterans on Veterans Day is a gift of love and true patriotism. The woodworkers Club, "walks the walk".
Great material and helpful staff! Locally owned business!
I'm not a shop member but I spend a lot of time (ie, money) there. based on me experience, everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and superb customer service.
Business response:
Thank you Howard! We value you as a customer and appreciate your kind words.
Disappointing experience. I came in to get help in polishing a wood cube I myself carved from a log. I was told by a cranky gentleman that they can't help me because it may have nails in it - even though he never looked at it. When I assured him that it does not and offered to pay for any ensuing damage to the tools. He dismissively told me I can only work on wood that I buy from them. I did not, and I found a very nice carpenter in the vicinity who was happy to help.
