Probably the best service we have received in Alaska. I was a little hesitant and scared of what the cost would be to see what was wrong with our pellet stove but our rep was amazing. He walked us through everything and told us what he was going to do before doing it. He found the problem within 20 minutes and explained what must have happened for it to break. Extremely pleased!! I've been a big husqie fan for years. With that being said I bought a new saw from them about two years ago. The saw ran great for a about 6 months.... Then became problematic after that. I brought it to the woodway to have them work on it. They couldn't find the problem, so they replaced the saw. GREAT customer service!!!!
