I have lost all faith in this store I used to believe in. I have purchased several items from The Woodway over the years (two Blazeking brand wood stoves, two Husqvarna chainsaws, a Honda lawnmower, and a Toyo Laser 30 stove for heating are off the top of my head). Last week I ran into a problem with my Laser 30 Toyo stove that I purchased from The Woodway. I called in to ask about bringing the stove in for repairs. RecommendedThe Woodway was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem with our generator. We live off-grid and this is our only power source. They expedited the process, cleaned and serviced our generator with professionalism. I highly reccomend this company! They have done great work over the past 10 years as well.
RecommendedI bought a new Husqvarna 550 XP mark 2 a few weeks ago. The staff was awesome to work with and I even got to do some demo cuts before making a purchase!! I would highly recommend going to the Woodway if you are looking for a new saw or just wanting to add another one!

Everyone is great at The Woodway. Every one of my questions were answered, every time, with patience and diligence. Nothing but hugest praise from me every step of the way from my first visit with a thousand questions to installation, the new wood stove owners class, and beyond. Thanks everyone for a fantastic experience and a gorgeous new stove!
Extremely disappointed with the installation. Technician was rude, did not have all the parts needed, and couldn't get our oil drip stove running. Required a second visit from another technician to get stove running. Two weeks after installing the stove we discovered our roof leaked. Technician refused to admit it might be do to his work on the outside and smeared excess silicone around the chimney box and onto the ceiling. Looks like a two year old did the work.
