We love The Woods! The fries are my favorite fries in the world. Des is our server but all the help is great. Can't say enough, a must try!
Food was great and place friendly and clean, we will go back when we drive from NJ to RI to visit my son.
Great place for drinks and apps. I haven't had luck with the entrées. Love the nachos though.
Great food and wait staff. The Margarita pizza is fantastic, as are the pulled pork nachos. I especially love it there when Wet Paint is playing, makes for a great time !
Pulled pork nachos were delicious. The plate size was generous enough to feed my husband and me. And you can't beat the price! Nice, rustic atmosphere too...
We went there to hear the band, Rocktavia, and have something to eat ...well the waitstaff was friendly, the food was good and the music was awesome! Had a really good time! We were there on Saturday, 10/8.
When I go on vacation I always ask the locals/residents of the town or city where they go to eat, have a few drinks, and listen to some Live music. Often they are the most obscure places that you definitely wouldn't find on some tourist brochure. This is exactly what The Woods Tavern is! It's always busy but not over crowded. Nice place, atmosphere and people! Good music (too loud is my only complaint). Food and drinks were good prices ok! Would go again!
Service and food is excellent. Very good menu, love the burgers.
