The complex itself is dated with no real work being done for improvement. Management will quote you one thing for rent but by the time it comes time to pay rent you can expect between 30 and 90 dollars in fees. Calling the front office to have my payment adjusted is a monthly affair. Trash pickup is valet only, you're not allowed to take out your own trash but they will charge you a fee anyway. Your pricing of $930 for a 2/2 is a joke. I understand if you’re trying to “clean” the complex but that’s not the way to do it. Your prices were in the 600s just months ago. I’m sure the renovations made don’t warrant that increase in rent..
Horrible!!! I’ve lived in the apartments for years and the complex has gotten worse and worse over the years.. Pools hardly ever open during the season, playground is falling apart, they are constantly doing “inspections” inside and out but never fixing the problems. They also have a serious parking problem and the cops are in the complex every night because someone was stabbed 17 times a few months ago. Children are running around everywhere in the streets. It's Been a Good Place to live for the past 5 yrs. Not to much activity goes on witch we are very thankful for.
Its been a nice place so far, cool neighborhood and neighbors, quite, not to expensive.
